Payment information

We collect payment method and transaction details needed to process your order. Payment is handled by our payment partners and we do not store your card details.

Your orders

We may keep records of your order history, delivery records, Saver Plan balance and loyalty activity.

When you contact us

We may keep your email, WhatsApp messages and customer care communications, including call recordings where applicable.

Call recordings

Calls may be recorded for quality, training and resolving order-related questions. We will inform you at the start of the call. You can use WhatsApp or email instead if you prefer not to continue by phone.

Technical information

We may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, app version and information about how you use our website or app.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember preferences, keep your basket working, understand performance and personalize your experience. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Turning some cookies off may affect how the website works.

• Suppliers and service providers — where required to provide our services.

Our service providers are required to keep information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it is provided.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

• We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

• Order, delivery and payment information may be retained for as long as required by tax, company, food safety or other applicable laws.
• Call recordings are kept only for as long as reasonably required for quality, training or resolving order-related questions and are then deleted.
• Marketing preferences are retained until you change them.
• You may request deletion of your information. Where the law requires us to retain information, we will explain this to you.

We use appropriate security measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, access controls and staff training.

However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you withdraw consent that is necessary for us to provide a service, this may prevent us from completing an order or providing certain features. We will explain this where applicable.

CHILDREN

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and above.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
