Your order history, delivery records, Saver Plan balance and loyalty activity.

4. When you contact us

Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and recordings of your calls with our customer care team.

We record calls with our customer care team so we can check quality, train our team, and sort out any question about an order. You will be told at the start of the call. If you would rather not be recorded, please reach us on WhatsApp or by email instead.

5. When you order for other

You may order products or avail offers for a person other than you (such as a gift) by providing their names, mobile numbers, email IDs and addresses. We rely on you to obtain the intended recipient's consent to our use of their personal information for these limited purposes.

6. Usage Data

We collect data about how you interact with us on the Platform. This includes data such as interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls), access dates and times, App features or pages viewed, App crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and third-party sites or services used before or in the course of interacting with us.

7. Technical information

Your IP address, browser and device type, app version, and how you use the Platform.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your preferences, keep your basket, see how the site is performing, and personalise what you see. You can manage cookies through the banner on our site and in your browser settings. Switching some cookies off may stop parts of the site working.

B. WHY WE COLLECT IT

C. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

1. We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share such information with third party business entities for their marketing or advertising purposes, unless you explicitly allow us to do so.
2. In certain cases, it is necessary for us to share your information with third parties. Such third parties may be:

• Delivery partners, who get your name, address, phone number and order details.
• Payment gateways, to process your payment securely.
• Technology and analytics providers, who host and support our systems.
• Suppliers and service providers, who help us prepare and fulfil your order.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.

3. The third parties who work on behalf of Company are subject to strict confidentiality agreements. Additionally, they are not allowed to share this information with anyone except on a need-to-know basis required for carrying out their functions.
4. Some of our service providers may handle information outside India. We transfer information only to countries that the Central Government has not restricted under section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we require the provider by contract to protect it to the same standard set out on this page and to use it only for the purpose we gave it to them.

D. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We shall only retain your personal information to facilitate your smooth and uninterrupted use of the Platform. We do not retain your personal information for longer than required for the purpose for which the information may be lawfully used.

E. KEEPING IT SAFE

We use encryption, secure servers, access controls and staff training to protect your information, and we follow reasonable security practices and procedures of the kind required by section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

If a data breach happens that affects your information, we will notify you without delay and will notify the Data Protection Board of India within the time the law allows. We will tell you what happened, what it may mean for you, what we have done about it, and what you can do to protect yourself.

However, we cannot guarantee the privacy of personal information you transmit over the web or that may not be securely transmitted.

F. YOUR RIGHTS

1. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

   • Correct or update anything that is wrong or incomplete.
   • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
   • Withdraw your consent at any time, for marketing, for personalization, or for call recording.
2. It is important for us that you remain in control of your personal information. However, you may not be able to use our Platform at all after such deletion or withdrawal of consent.

G. CHILDREN

Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about about anyone under the age of 18. If we find that a child has given us the information, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the relevant user account.
