Saver Plan Terms

A. WHAT THE SAVER PLAN IS

1. The Saver Plan is a customer loyalty and prepaid subscription program designed for frequent patrons of Fresh By Brham.

2. You top up with an upfront payment. The plan you choose sets your applicable tier discount, and that discount is automatically deducted from every order you place while the plan is active. Orders are deducted directly from your prepaid balance, so there is no need to apply separate promo codes at checkout.

3. The plan is a closed-system prepaid account intended solely for buying food from us. It is not a payment instrument, a banking deposit, a financial security or an investment and does not yield interest or investment returns.

B. THE PLANS

All amounts stated are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify, introduce or change the plans we offer prospectively. Any changes shall not adversely alter the existing benefits of a plan already subscribed to for the remainder of its active term.

C. YOUR DISCOUNT

1. Your discount applies to every order you place, and we show it as a separate line on your invoice/order summary.

2. It applies during the active validity period of your plan, provided that you maintain a positive prepaid balance sufficient to cover the transaction.

3. Only one plan discount applies per order. It is not added to other offers or coupons unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company.

D. YOUR WELCOME DISCOUNT

1. Every plan carries a one-time welcome discount on top of your plan discount applicable strictly to the first transaction placed immediately following a top-up.

2. It applies to the first order you place after you top up, and is shown as a separate line on that bill.

3. If that order value is lower than the welcome discount, only the net value of that order is waived and unexhausted discount amounts shall not carry forward.

4. It applies once per top-up.

E. HOW LONG IT RUNS

1. Each plan runs for the designated validity period shown against it, starting from the date of successful top up payment confirmation.

2. Your entitlement to percentage tier shall cease upon: (a) your balance reaching zero (until topped up again); or (b) the expiration of the stipulated validity period.

4. You are welcome to renew or upgrade your Saver Plan at any time by executing a new top-up. The new discount tier rate shall thereafter apply to your aggregated account balance, including any pre-existing unutilized funds.

5. We will tell you before your plan is due to end.

F. YOUR MONEY

1. Every rupee you top up is yours to spend with us, and it does not expire.

2. Your balance is held for your orders. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person, or moved to a bank account or another wallet. This applies while your account is open, and if you ask us to close it.

3. It earns no interest.

4. You are welcome to top up again at any time, on any plan, whether or not your balance has run out.

G. REFUNDS

1. If you cancel an order, anything already deducted is returned to your balance under our Returns, Replacements and Cancellation Policy.
2. Your Saver Plan balance is not refundable in money. It is held for your orders, and every rupee of it is yours to spend with us. Because it does not expire, there is never any hurry to use it.

3. If you ask us to close your account while a balance remains, you are welcome to place orders against it until it has been used.

4. If you are ever unable to use your balance, please speak to our team and we will do our best to help.

H. IF WE CHANGE OR END THE PLAN

1. We may modify these terms or discontinue the Saver Plan.

2. If we do, plans already running are honored until the end of their period. We will tell registered members before any change takes effect.

I. MISUSE

1. The Saver Plan is intended strictly for personal, domestic, and non-commercial household consumption.

2. We may suspend or terminate an account where a plan is resold, shared commercially, or used in violation of applicable law or these terms, with written notification stating the specific grounds for such action.

If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to our Grievance Manager, Mr Akshay D, at support@freshbybrham.com or 022 6666 9999. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
