Then the part no one else offers: you choose the fish you choose the cut and we prepare it only after you order with the edible yield stated before you buy. Buying fish the way it should be bought — just without the market.
In the Kitchen
Sweet, fast and forgiving — two minutes in a hot pan is all they ask. Graded by size, cleaned and deveined by hand, or left whole for those who know what the heads are worth.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Once thawed do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving.
Allergen advice: contains crustaceans and molluscs. Processed in a facility that also handles eggs and fish.
