Our Story

A proper continental deli built on our own chicken. Smoked cured and seasoned the classical way then sliced and packed ready for whatever the day asks — a lazy breakfast a serious sandwich a platter that needs no apology. Deli craft without the deli queue.

On the Plate

Small snappy and made for the party. A hot pan and five minutes and they disappear faster than you can plate them.

Storage

Store frozen at –18°C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator and once thawed do not refreeze. Heat through before serving where the pack directs.
