Buying fish the way it should be bought — just without the market.
In the Kitchen
The fish restaurants build menus around. Clean white fillets that crisp beautifully skin-on — and, cut the Bengali way, the rightful heart of a paturi or a proper bhetki fry.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Once thawed do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving.
Allergen advice: contains fish. Processed in a facility that also handles eggs.
