In the Kitchen
Meaty, steak-like and made for the grill. Cubes hold firm on a skewer and fillets take a hard sear — the fish for those who cook fish like meat.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Once thawed do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving.
