Our Story

Landed at dawn from harbours along India's coasts and moved straight into our cold chain — never frozen at any point between the boat and your kitchen. Then the part no one else offers: you choose the fish you choose the cut and we prepare it only after you order with the edible yield stated before you buy. Buying fish the way it should be bought — just without the market.

In the Kitchen

The delicate small fry of the coast — crumbed, flashed in hot oil and eaten without ceremony. Sole for the gentlest fillet; white bait and mandeli for the crunch.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C. Once thawed do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving.
